Here are examples of questions to ask having to do with advancement, although all questions are welcome:

Lions(Animal Kingdom, King of the Jungle, Pick my Path): How do you provide service to our community? What does it mean to be a good citizen? What choices do we make that have consequences? Why is it important to do good turns that help other people?

Tigers (Team Tiger): How do you serve our community? Who is part of your team helping people? How does helping people make our world a better place?

Wolves (Council Fire): Why did you decide to become a public defender? What is your favorite part of your job? What is the most difficult part? What keeps you coming back day after day? How did you prepare for this job? What training was required? How does it make you feel to help others? What qualities does a person need to do your job?

Bears (Forensics): What does your job entail?  What skills are required to do your job?  What made you decide to become a public defender? What training was required?  Do you use forensics in your work?

Webelos (Building a better world): What background or training prepared you for this job? What inspired you to become a public defender? Why is it important for adults to serve on a jury? What are the rights and duties of a citizen? What does "rule of law" mean? Why do we have laws and courts? How do you ensure a fair system that respects every person's basic rights?
